Prompt Systems

The first prompt playbook every office should build

The goal is not to make every employee a prompt engineer. The goal is to capture the ten prompts the office will actually reuse.

A prompt playbook is a small internal library of proven prompts. It gives your team a starting point for recurring work, so people are not staring at a blank chat window every time they need help.

Start with client communication. Most businesses can use prompts for follow-up emails, estimate explanations, review replies, appointment reminders, and polite responses to difficult messages.

Then add sales and marketing. Build prompts for social posts, offer descriptions, local landing page outlines, referral partner emails, and seasonal campaign ideas.

Next, add operations. These are prompts for turning messy notes into SOPs, summarizing meeting action items, drafting job posts, creating onboarding checklists, and explaining internal policies in plain English.

Each prompt should include the role, context, source material, tone, constraints, and desired format. The playbook should also show an example output so staff know what good looks like.

Once the first ten prompts work, the habit spreads. The team starts noticing repeatable work everywhere.
