AI Training
Why small businesses need AI training before AI tools
A lot of offices start AI backwards. They buy a tool, send the team a login, and hope productivity appears.
The issue is not that the tools are weak. The issue is that most teams have not been taught how to describe the work clearly enough for AI to help. Without training, ChatGPT or Claude becomes a novelty: someone writes a social post, someone asks it to summarize a document, and then the habit fades.
Training changes the behavior. A good AI class gives the team shared language for context, role, constraints, examples, tone, and output format. Once everyone understands those pieces, the output stops feeling random.
The second benefit is workflow selection. Not every task deserves AI. The best starting points are repeatable office moments: client follow-up, estimate explanations, review responses, internal SOPs, job posts, meeting notes, proposal drafts, and common email replies.
The third benefit is safety. Small businesses need simple guardrails: what not to paste, when to verify, who reviews client-facing work, and which prompts become company assets.
That is why 1 Prompt Changed My Life starts with practical training. The tool matters, but the trained team matters more.
